Question: When does the 2018 ASAP Tech Partner Forum begin?
Answer: The conference kicks off on Wednesday, October 17, 2018. Check out the conference agenda for the latest program.
Question: When does the 2018 ASAP Tech Partner Forum end?
Answer: The conference ends on Wednesday, October 17, 2018.
Question: Can I make changes to my registration?

Question: Can I cancel my registration?
Answer: All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by September 5, 2018. A refund of the registration fee, minus an administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted after September 5, 2018. Please refer to the Registration Rates page for our full cancellation policy.
Question: Is the event handicapped accessible?
Answer: In accordance with the ADA, ASAP is pleased to arrange special accommodations for attendees with special needs. All requests for such assistance must be submitted in writing to ASAP at least 14 days prior to the start of the meeting to Jennifer Silver at jsilver@strategic-alliances.org.
Question: Can I Audio and/or Video Record any of the sessions?
Answer: External video and/or audio recording of any kind is prohibited onsite at all ASAP events without prior written permission from ASAP's President and CEO. To submit a request to video and/or audio record please contact Kim Miller at kmiller@strategic-alliances.org.

ASAP reserves the right to video and/or audio record the conference in whole or in part and by registering for the conference you agree to allow ASAP to use footage without limit or liability.
Question: Is There a Substitution Policy?
Answer: SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
Registration substitutions are permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Substitutions must be arranged by contacting Jennifer Silver at jsilver@strategic-alliances.org. Please note if the colleague you are transferring to is not the same member type as you they will need to pay the difference in registration rates (i.e. you are a member and they are not).
Question: What do I wear?
Answer: Business casual. Meeting rooms can be much cooler than other areas so a sweater or jacket is recommended.
